Would not recommend this childcare facility. The owner called the office I work at and I heard children playing in the background - I put the woman on "mute" to deal with an issue she was having with her account here, and I heard her screaming at the children the entire time. It appeared that she was screaming at them to because they were playing loudly while she was on the phone. At one point she was screaming at a child so loud that I couldn't even understand what she was saying and it sounded like she was gritting her teeth together while she was screaming. The child she was yelling at sounded very upset and frightened. I can not imagine this being my child. :( The owner obviously did not know I could hear her.
