POOR CHILD CARE

Only licensed as a group for 15 kids ONLY but had 30+... NOT A CENTER YET. Warm up bottles in the microwave. Doesn't follow parents expectations and baby lost weight and became dehydrated and lethargic.
Staff dont feed babies the formula provided after mom premakes the right mixture baby needs for calories. Baby went without food and formula 1 day in their care for 9hr. Doesn't pay their employees and when confronted they lie and say it's in the mail when the person gets emails on what comes in the mail. Cover up and lie about abuse and neglect going on. Such crap made my daughter go lethargic and lose weight. A hole pound in matter of fact. So better watch your kids here they are not very nice in child care. Im so over the outer space with their bull s*** here lately give me the run around and when I ask one owner for my daughter things she treats me like badly just wow. She's an adult and tells me to go to hell basically she needs to grow up. Theis people are stupid and need some mansrs in their life they shouldn't be able to host kids in their care at all then. You don't heat up bottles in the microwave. Hell a monkey can make the bottles better by reading the instructions on the can better then a 15 year old. This needs to stop immediately.

A 15 year old holds babies which they aren't allowed to be in a room alone but was and a baby bonks head on table and mom is told 5 different stories. Now baby has a lot of medical personnel concerned. Scans, more intense physical therapy, etc. Infants are left alone. Staff have said its a sketchy place to work.
My son went to daycare while I attended night class program for phlebotomy he loved going to daycare and hate leaving I knew my son was safe all the staff were nice my son was very happy during pickup I would recommend this daycare no worries good environment for children hands down!
