Do not use this provider for care. She is unprofessional and pushes your boundaries, harasses you about money (no we never were late), and commits fraud by altering contracts without your consent. This was my experience. Look her up on the DHS website and you will see two violations in 2021 and one other year in a row for other reasons than what I listed. 1 violation is under the subsection talking about corporal punishment. Please educate yourself before seeking care from her.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Woman is nuts and harasses clients. Whether it be about time or money. I mailed her a check And she blew up my phone. We got COVID 19 from her facility and still wanted me to stop by her daycare to bring her a check even with symptoms. Also, never once asked how we were doing with being sick. Not a nice bone in her body. Do not recommend.
