Regulation/Restriction: 2.3.7.5: Lead Poisoning Prevention: If the facility to be licensed was constructed prior to 1978 and has not been determined to be lead free by an inspector licensed by the Vermont Department of Health, the prospective FCCP shall comply with the requirements of 18 V.S.A.
