Welcome to Sweetwater Kids Academy! We know choosing an appropriate learning center is an extremely important decision for your family and we look forward to having you join our center. Sweetwater Kids Academy provides quality child care and learning development for Oviedo and Central Florida. TeddyVoluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) is a legislatively mandated program designed to prepare every four-year-old in Florida for kindergarten and build the foundation for their educational success. The VPK program gives each child an opportunity to perform better in school and throughout life with quality programs that include high literacy standards, accountability, appropriate curricula, substantial instruction periods, manageable class sizes, and qualified instructors. All eligible four-year-olds are entitled to participate in one of the VPK program options. Preparing a child for school involves families, schools, and the community. Teachers and program staff are important to your child's education.
