I came in for a tour, late in the afternoon on a Monday night. I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Sarah. She seemed very nice when showing myself around the school. As she showed me around the school I noticed that not everyone had a uniform on including Sarah the one giving me the tour, I thought to myself it did not look very professional at all. The teachers that had the uniform on looked professional in the purple collared shirt with the Schools name and logo on it while some of the staff that did not have a uniform on were wearing low cut shirts where you could see their breast when they bent down to pick up the children. I did not feel that this was appropriate business attire to wear while working with young children. As Sarah walked me through the school I tried to ask her questions about the school. She seemed to not know the answers to the question's I asked and it seemed as though she was making the answers up as she was talking. I felt as a mother looking to put their child in a facility that the person giving the tours should be able to answer almost all of my questions and if they are unable to answer the questions then they should have told me to come back another time when I could speak with the director that could give me the answers to all my questions. While walking through the school I noticed that most of the staff members did not seem happy to be at work which made me as a mother not want to leave my child at all. The children were just running around the classroom as if they ran the place while the teachers either were sitting on the floor or in chairs not caring about the children. When there were teachers up interacting with the children it seemed as though they were yelling at the children instead of talking to them. After touring this school and speaking with Sarah I will not be putting my child here and anyone that asks about the school I will tell them about my experience and the observations I had while on the tour. The school itself is beautiful and on the inside it has so much color in every classroom but that is about all I can say that is positive about this school.
My children have been going to Kid E Nation for over a year now and they LOVE it....so do we.They made it a very easy transition for all of us! My daughter claps with excitement when we arrive in the mornings. The staff is very kind and caring.Mykids have learned so much and are thriving there!!! Would highly recommend!!!
This is the BEST daycare ever! The teachers are wonderful and so is the owner. Stephanie ( the owner) is always available and very connected to the students/ parents. My daughter is learning so much there and very happy! She looks forward to school and interacting with her classmates and teachers. I can't say enough about how wonderful this school is. It makes my day so much better knowing how well she is loved and cared for while I am at work! Thank you Kid E Nation!!!!
There the worst day care ever! first they don't have any respect for there employees. They have no professionalism they love to gossip about there employees to the parents. They pick favorites they make the employees feel like crap like they are worthless they are very mean and there costumer service sucks really bad. as a parent i also became very concerned when my daughter would come home complaining about another little girl hitting and pushing her and being plain ole mean to her. when i went to the owner she defended that little girls behavior and told be i have to understand its the age then it continuously happened and i went to the owner again and again told me i have to understand the little girl has issues!!!!!!! i mean really if this little girl has issues playing nicely why are you subjecting this to other children in the class!!!!!!!! The third time this happened i went to the owner again and she started yelling at me the parent that i have to understand the situation with the little girl. no i dont my concern is my child I'M HER VOICE I'M HER DEFENDER AS HER MOTHER. I DONT CONDONE BULLING. not to mention mt daughters teacher Ms Taylor did a wonderful job, she potty trained my daughter in just 3 days. ms taylor also taught my daughter how to count up to 15 all her abc's shapes colors animals and all. and for being 2 that is wonderful. This owner constantly belittled her infront of me the parent like i said above they dont have respect for thier employees.
I am the parent who reads all reviews and researches as many schools as possible before making a decision, as this is the foundation my children will have to build on. The devotion to the children is very apparent from the moment I spoke with them on the phone and even more so when the children started attending school. We recently relocated from up north and I was worried about their adjustment as it took my son several months to adjust when we were relocated last year; it took him about a week and he had the routine down. I have never seen him so excited to go to school! For both of them to be so happy means the world to us. The Director is VERY passionate about what she does and continued to surprise me with every question I had. Not having to worry about meals is wonderful, but knowing that she prepares all meals fresh everyday, breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks from scratch, no boxed or canned meals, to include gluten free pasta, is amazing! They eat nutritious snacks that I never thought they would and probably wouldn't at home. I don't have to worry about providing anything but pull-ups; that's it! As a nurse, time is precious, so it is so nice to wake them up, get them dressed, drop them off and know that they will receive nutritious meals, a lot of water, creative lesson plans, love and attention for a great price. Summer Camp takes them to Sea World once a week, teaches sign language, foreign language, yoga.. they love it! I couldn't ask for more! We are so blessed to have found this school for our children.
This is an excellent child care center. Actually, its more of a pre-school. They have a Florida State Certified Elementary school teacher as their VPK teacher and she is awesome. She is making sure my daughter is so ready for kindergarten!! My daughter loves the staff, Ms. Camisha, Ms. Taylor, Ms Alex & Ms. Debbie. They are just super wonderful to all the kids. The Owner / Director, Ms. Stephanie is always on site and in the classrooms, and always willing to help with what ever mine & my daughters needs are. I just can't say enough about this place. Its just simply AWESOME!! Thank you all so much for the GREAT JOB YOU DO!!
