They get discouraged and call you to pick your child up if he doesn't sleep.They have excellent facilities but are overwhelmed with too many kids and no experienced help (young and no college or motherly skills). I got called 4 times in 3 months for "no sleeping" , they don't wear the kids out enough for them to be exhausted. It's very inconvenient for working parents and my child wasn't happy with the treatment , not accommodating.
