Copper View serves students in grades kindergarten through fifth grade. The school is located south of the main campus and serves the central area of Rancho Sahuarita from south of Camino Rancheria to north of Camino Lago Azul.

Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were observed at the time of the Annual Compliance Inspection conducted on April 07, 2026, subject to changes pending programmatic review. Two of two fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website at the time of the inspection. The Compliance Officers provided the facility with a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights at the start of the inspection. BCCL staff emailed the Empower Self-Evaluation Assessment link to the Provider. The following was discussed, but not limited to: *Roster required inside and outside if kids present *Update posted Accident/Emergency plan when changes or yearly *Emergency drill procedures and documentation *Updated DCS/CBC Background Check process *Updated rule set and forms available on website Please complete and submit a Plan of Corrections via the online portal within 10 days of receipt of this Statement of Deficiencies.

Initial Comments: The following deficiencies were found at the time of the annual compliance inspection conducted on 04/09/25, and are subject to changes pending programmatic review. Two of two fingerprint clearance cards were verified to be valid through the DPS website during the time of the inspection. The DES group size was evaluated at the time of the inspection. Inspection Item Expiration Dates: Insurance: 07/01/25 Fire: 01/08/26 *Gas 11/12/25 Items discussed, but not limited to, were as follows: *Updated DCS Background Check process *Rosters must follow children (inside & outside) *Fire Inspections are valid for one year Please complete the Plan of Corrections via the online Portal within 10 days of receipt of this Statement of Deficiencies.
