I have used this provider for less than 6 months

We have only been with Lisa for 3 months. Within that time she has taken 5 paid days off and 2 non paid and a few times we have been asked to pick our daughter up early for her personal things. We obviously got in trouble at work for missing so many days. We recently stopped going to her when my boyfriend got covid and Lisa told us she put her in policy that we couldn't bring our daughter into daycare for 20 days!! (Work let him go back after 5 when he later tested again and was negative) AND we had to pay her for all of them. I don't know about you, but that was not affordable and outrageous to us. She also had this weird thing about us not coming to pick up during nap time? Like 3 hours parents could not come get there kid. Its a daycare, not a center so I definitely believe the kids should be able to be on their own schedules rather than putting them all down to nap at the same time to have her own 2 hour break that parents aren't allowed to show up for? Weird. She also said she doesn't do pull ups when i told her we were doing potty training and instead of respecting my choice about my child, she told me it doesn't matter and that kids don't know the difference. Maybe do some research before opening that mouth huh? Lastly, when we first met and all throughout our time with her, i have only ever gotten to see the living room, not where they eat, play or sleep. Just the living room which really put me off. Very disappointed and shocked by the audacity of this woman. She really put us in a crunch and risked our jobs. I wish I would have just brought my daughter to a center.
