I hate even leaving this place 1 star - there should be a 0 star option.
If I had the choice to go back in time, I would have NEVER left my daughter in the care of this facility. The front office staff is a joke. I gave them TOO many chances to correct the issues and never came through. My daughter stayed sick here, end of December and running around outside, AGAIN with no jacket or hat on??? Diaper rash after diaper rash, using other kids diapers when they know she's allergic to them??? Marie (the director) excuse for this, "The diapers were probably covering the name, so the teacher just grabbed one they saw" --- ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!?!
Also may want to check some of the teachers different social media pages - might find your kids posted on there, even though you signed waivers stating absolutely NO photographs or videos aloud.
I'm sure they will just give you an unapologetic "Sorry" to you as well.
Don't expect anything to actually get done or change there.
My best recommendation on this post - take your kids somewhere else.
If you want the best for your children PLEASE bring them to another daycare. My son has been constantly sick, bitten multiple times (by the owners child), and today AVUSED by a teacher. The staff has tried to cover up all incidents with absolutely no corrective actions or even apologies. The "management" is the most inept, unprofessional, and idiotic group of people I have ever seen run a business. If it was not for the state GA Pre-K funding they receive and exploit this place would have went under long ago. If you want to keep your children safe DO NOT enroll in this two bit trap house version of "child care". Feel free to @ me for further information.
