When Miss Binny owned the facility, it was fantastic. Since being taken over by a corporation out of Chicago, its been one problem after the next. Billing errors that took *days* of emails, phone calls and 3 trips to the facility before they would fix it. (these billing issues have occurred at least 3 times in the last 9 months)
There have been multiple occasions where my child was signed out by people they didn't know and didn't check IDs. I sent my mother in law in there to see if they would let her take my daughter out... Someone leaving the facility let her in, she went right to her classroom and took her. Noone stopped her to ask for ID, noone had ever seen her before... they just let (what is a stranger to them) take my child out of the building. They didn't even know my daughter had left!
They've increased tuition twice this year.
They are on their 4th director in the last 12 months. The staff is a revolving door.
The only reason we've stayed since new management was my daughters teacher, Ms. Peggy. She was THE ONLY good thing about this place.
Since Miss Peggy's been let go, every time I've walked in to pick up my daughter the class room is a disgusting mess.
Needless to say, my child no longer attends.
