If I could give this school a zero/ no stars I would. When we first started, the 2 year old classroom teacher was wonderful my daughter had for a year and then she left because she was very unhappy there. The next year I encountered many problems with this school with poor care provided and confusing information about days the school closed, etc. The owner actually yelled at me violently in front of all the children and that was enough for me. They are very unprofessional and lack the patience and love needed to take care of children. My daughter began to cry every day when going there and I could feel something was not right. As soon as I removed her and started her in another school she was very happy. I wish I had done it sooner. Do not take your children here. Trust me, you will regret it. Most parents here are unaware of what goes on and how many children are left unsupervised.
My son has attended this facility for almost 2 years now. I was just advised I have 5 days to find him another daycare due to him screaming. I was never given notice that this may get him kicked out or offered ways we can collaborate to work on the matter. My favorite Teacher is Ms. Anna she seems to be more patient with kids, wish they would of tried to work with my 2 yr old or given me more notice.
Best school ever. Teachers are great. My daughter loves all her teachers. Im blessfor her to go there
My 3 year old loves this school. We moved to the area a year ago, and he went to another daycare nearby for 3 months and cried every day. When we moved him to Step One, that stopped. He is happy, playful, and loves his teachers. He talks about them all the time. They are very affectionate to him, and it is clear they all love him and are genuinely happy to have him, unlike the first center we tried.
My daughter is in Mrs. Wanda's class for Pre-k and she comes home so excited to tell me what she learned every day! She loves all the teachers there and loves going to school everyday. I go to work everyday knowing my daughter is in great hands with her second mommy's :) Mrs. Sonya, Mrs. Wanda, Mrs. K ... they are all wonderful !
Excellent daycare,Mrs. Sonia(principal) is a wonderful person, the teachers are great. My son used to be in Ms. Ana's class for about a year and currently he is in Ms. "K's" class, they are my son's second mothers. I love this place, I go to work every day knowing that they will take care of my son as good as I do.
