Description: Starling School and Day Care Center Inc. mission is to provide a loving, learning environment with a varied opportunity for educational, social, emotional, and physical development for every child and student. Starling School provides quality child care for ages one through twelve years. Starling School has been serving children and families throughout the St. Petersburg community since 1974. Our purpose is to "train up a child in a way he should go and when he gets old they will not depart from it”. We pride ourselves on making better citizens for the entire community. Starling School provides affordable child care services for toddlers, preschool and school age children year round. We currently have eighty-two children enrolled at our center.
Our program offers weekly activities that will include the following: mentoring, educational field trips, recreational field trips, library visits, music lessons, multicultural activities, character building, etiquette classes, computer training, swimming lessons, literacy enrichment classes, drug education and prevention programs, anger management and control, FCAT tutoring, and career development skills.

Do not sign your child up for this school. They are rude and unprofessional!! I called inquiring about openings for a 1 year old and the women stated "We surely don't!" then DISCONNECTED the call! And when I called back there was no answer. This women seemed rude and nasty. I recommend you keep your children FAR AWAY from this school.
