There is no control, boss is rarley there, always understaffed, curriculum is NEVER followed, teachers are WAY to rough with kids when being punished, never enough food for the kids. Staff are always on there phone because there is no enforcement with it, teachers act different when parents are around then when they arent around. Emergency plans are never rehearsed, i worked there for almost a year and had no clue what to do if there was a tornado/fire. Director doesnt even interview new employees. She will literally hire anyone. And they never pass state or health inspection. Thought to be one of the best daycares in sioux falls is quite clearly the worst.
My child would have bumps, bruises and bite marks when i would pick him up and the staff would have no idea how it happened. Most of the staff always on their cell phones and chatting amongst each other. Rarely seen much interaction with the children.
Staff also inappropriate and not encouraged to use healthy boundaries regarding relationships with parents
