I would give a ZERO if I could
I JUST found out some VERY disturbing news about Vanessa (and who knows what other staff members) LYING and falsifying documentation regarding changing diapers and feeding family members of mine. This is BOarderline NEGLECT : to have the mother come at 4:30 pm and find her son POOY, WET, and with a FULL bottle In the fridge -- when it was documented on her child's chart that Vanessa ALREADY fed & changed the boy at 5pm!?!?!? I guess we just mark things for fun in the FUTURE!?!?? I can't begin to describe the sickening feeling that goes through an aunt's head, and CANT imagine what goes through the parents' head. Our family and EVERYONE we know in the ENTIRE siOUX falls and SURROUNDING AREA will be told (in great detail) what an AWEFUL and DISHONEST daycare center this is. These people should be FIRED and NEVER allowed to be near daycare children again.
