The families were waiting for their birthday to update their health forms. We have sent requests to both families to send us updated health forms. Child 1 has sent an updated form already and Child 2 has their appointment on November 3, 2025.

Parent-Teacher conferences are to be held on November 1st and 4th. During these meetings, the parents will review their emergency forms, and contracts and sign that they agree that all of the information is up to date and correct. We do have currently corrected forms for the 5 students who were selected for review.

After the hot water was found to be too hot the facilities manager turned down the heat setting on the hot water heater on both the top and bottom thermostats. This has allowed the hot water to cool and not exceed 100 degrees F. This was verified by video.
