Employee Jo 2016-11-10 19:01:16

Very sad that the employee who works here named Jo would take advantage of a 75 year old woman. Jo solicited a custom sewing job for a costume to wear for these children she serves from a 75 year old woman. The seamstress made the costume to Jo's specifications and even had a few fittings done as well. Jo provided a pattern with several sizes and little to no instructions as well as failing to provide enough fabric for the job. She agreed to a price in advance for 150.00 for the Fairy Godmother Costume complete with cape! The costume was completed on time as requested and even delivered to the facility! Jo was insolent, rude, belittling and critical of the work this seamstress had done..more than 15 hours of work on this ridiculous choice of a costume. The seamstress delivered the costume and was insulted and embarrassed by Jo, not to mention that she didn't even pay the agreed upon price of 150.00..Jo paid 100.00 and was wearing the garment! Shame on this employee. It is my hope that she not treat the vulnerable children the way she did this woman. Something for nothing..awful person be aware.
