| Findings: In the upper left bedroom on the second floor, there are two 2x2 inch squares cut out of the drywall where a television previously was hooked up. Provider is going to make this room off limits; LS to revise license appropriately. In the bathroom on the main level, there was a second floor leak requiring part of the ceiling and wall drywall to be removed (about 1 square foot). In the dining room, there are two holes in the drywall, one on the upper section of the wall and the other where an outlet still remains.
