While in day care, my son got bitten by another child. The day care provider did not call me immediately but instead I found out when I picked up my son from daycare. I tried to text the provider and she refused to talk to me about the situation. She stated she spoke with my husband but I wanted to know the full story. She refused to speak with me and instead kicked my son out of day care. The provider stated that she spoke with the other childs' parents and they were apologetic but did not seem to be interested in any disciplinary actions. The day care provider also, would not explain to me what the disciplinary action was towards the child that had bitten my child. Overall the provider doesnt seem to have a disciplinary action procedure, if she says she does, she didnt seem to really enforce it. Best wishes on your seach of day care
