This child care center is more than amazing to myself and my children. After my children attending more than three different childcare is I found this one that fits perfectly. The staff here are honest there on time loving and go above and beyond their duties. I have a son that is autistic and they do exceptionally well with him. My kids will stay at this daycare as long as possible(i have 4 total). Thank you all for everything.
Ps they feed the kids during the summer months and supper during the school year!!!!! They are awesome!!!
I would rate this daycare center two stars due to the lack of organization with the daycare center's payment process. Unfortunately the employee taking the parent's payments is not too accurate with ensuring all payments are updated & receipted properly. This daycare needs an updated electronic system, not the old fashioned paper receipts. This would make tracking all parents payments more efficent for the daycare center & the parents.
This day care and Mrs. Deborah saved my life! When I moved from Virginia, I could not find anyone to care for my special needs son with the patience and care that he required. I tried one day care in MD recommended by the Maryland Child Care Resource Network (Maryland Family Network) and although she accepted my son, she made both him and me feel unwanted. I went on a wild goose chase aided with additional info from the Special Needs side of the aforementioned Network and found Shadenjuan. I cannot express enough that this day care has far exceeded my expectations. My two children were both in Kindercare for 3 years in VA and the love and educational environment in Shadenjuan excels far beyond what I saw in Kindercare. I love this place so much that I moved my non-special needs son here as well. If you are looking for an awesome staff, affordable rates, and love beyond measure, Shadenjuan is definitely the place to enroll your kids.
Please do your research, this place has the worse center not in display and over all look thats what sold me, it was clean however ladies and gents my child attending for 30 days and every day the face was not clean at all no matter what time i arrived and half the time the diaper was soaked never did i ever expect this the director allows the children to free play the whole time and with that come kids hitting and biteing one another becuase there no structure... also when the children act out they place your child in a high chair crazy....most of the stff children attend the center so that leads to staff having favorites do your homework parents please
