Description: SMILES LEARNING CENTER is a Center based Child Care Facility in Starkville MS, with a maximum capacity of 34 children. This child care center helps with children in the age range of 1 yr old, 2 yr old, 3 yr old, 4 yr old, 5 yr old Pre-Sch. The provider also participates in a subsidized child care program.

THEY REFUSE TO ENROLL WHITE CHILDREN.
ONLY IN MISSISSIPPI CAN BLACK BE HATS FULL TO NON BLACKS
Not 1 white child in the whole center.
