Everyone can't blame someone else for the problems that they have. I read the one review that was written about Smalls Stepping Stone and I believe it was unfair,to say that.sometimes we need to look at the part that we play, for you to say that everyday your child had diaper rash that does not happen in a day so maybe you as parent was not doing your job. It amazing how we always want someone else to take the blame for what WE are not doing for are child.I say find a family member to take care of the child and see how that goes for you. Oh you can't get the State to pay for that.How many times were you asked for something for YOUR child and you did't comply and your child's needs were still met. Let's stop trying to bring people down.How good are you on your job,
No stars are given for this provider. My Nephew had a concern about an incident that may or may not have occured at this center. There was dried blood on his sons face and clothes. When an inquiry was made by the mother to Clara Smalls(director) she immediately became defensive and deflected allegations to the parents. The younger of the two children demonstrates fear when he is dropped off at the center. This indicates some type of abuse to the young child. The behavior of the director was not only suspect but unprofessional, as she immediately contacted the state board with a rebuttal to a claim that had yet to be reported. This to me indicates an admission of some wrong doing and the attempt to negate any complaints. This center and director need to be investigated by the licensing board and I will not stop until a full investigation is performed.
