Skagit Valley Y at Whitney

Skagit Valley Family YMCA Early Learning Centers (ELC's) are places where young children learn, grow and thrive. Kids in our programs gain knowledge, character development, guidance and encouragement that help them develop and realize their potential. Child care at our ELCs are available part-time and full-time for children age 1 month to 6 years of age (not all locations serve infants). YMCA Early Learning Centers are open 6AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday, year-round. We are conveniently located on select school campuses in Anacortes, LaConner and Mount Vernon. t the Y, we believe all families should have access to quality child care. All our sites are licensed by the Department of Early Learning; we accept DSHS and Working Connections. The Y may also offer financial assistance to those who qualify.
