CCMH Childcare Center began operations on Nov. 6, 2017. The hospital's purchase of the childcare center was driven by the desire to maintain quality childcare options for the Carrollton community and surrounding area.
Registration Fee: There is a $30 Non-Refundable registration fee per family at time of enrollment. If you terminate childcare services and are gone more than 90 days and wish to return to CCMH Childcare Center you must pay a $15 re-application fee.
Additional Information:If you are interested in enrolling your child in the center, please contact the center to discuss availability and set up an application appointment. There are several documents required to enroll your child into the program including an application and specific health records. When you call for an appointment, the individual assisting you will review the list of requirements.

We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues.
