The Provider then stated that there was a child upstairs. The child was identified as being 11 months old by the Provider. The Provider stated that the infant had been upstairs with her niece. Her niece was leaving the home through the front door as the inspection began.The only paperwork for the child was a single page of a Purchase of Care Subsidy Voucher. The Provider stated that the child has been attending for six months.
