I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I just want to put out there that Trisha is amazing. She goes up and beyond to help the children and their families. Trisha is always looking out for the families in need. When it came to school starting and I was struggling, she provided my children with new back packs and filled them up with all the supplies they needed for school. I cried, I was so happy. No one has ever done this for me before. Every holiday she gets all the parents some thing to show her appreciation for the love to the families. Trisha provides a safe space for them. I have been with her for 5 years. I have 2 children. She has had my children since they were babies. I read her previous review. I can tell you this is not true. Her husband works days. He is gone when I drop off my children, and he isn't even home most of the time when I pick them up at 5pm. She takes the children on field trips. Trisha takes the children so many places to keep the children motivated. She is so picky about her sign in and out books that she tries to do what ever she can to follow her rules by the state books, and guidelines.
I would recommend her to every one looking for childcare. I know that when I go to work every day my children are safe and cared for.
Very happy parent

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I have been with this daycare for over 6 years. Trisha is amazing and works well with the children. She has a preschool program that works with the children to help teach the children. She takes the children on field trips. She has had problems with her kitchen flooding which caused her to make some drastic changes in order to help keep the daycare open for the respect of the parents not having to scramble at the last minute. She resolved the issue and has been up and running. She is always open even during snow days to help the parents. Her hours are very helpful. She opens up at 5am. I haven't heard of any issue with her and her husband. recommend her to any one who is looking for childcare.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

While we were there they had multiple issues with no water or toilets for the kids to use requiring her to have a port a potty outside and we had to bring food as she couldn’t cook. Her husband and her constantly are fighting and since this is an in home child care site it bleeds over to the daycare. She was constantly closing with minimal notice and still requiring parents to pay. Her employees are not reliable and don’t show up on time. One time she had to transport more kids than she had seatbelts for and another time I showed up early and found her employees sleeping while it was “nap time” with the door between the house and the daycare closed. Another time I showed up and she had more kids than she was licensed for and asked me not to sign my child in or out as her licensor was coming and she was over her allowed amount of children.
