I had many horrible experiences here. In just three short months I had the director Debbie verbally attack my mother and I, my son came home daily with diaper rash or a full poop/pee diaper (also verbally attacked after bringing this to their attention three times). Also my son gets ear infections (not contagious) several times throughout the year, which it has never been a problem with other daycares especially when I have a doctors note explaining he can be at daycare, they refused to let him be there saying it's a state law (I called the state since I'm on vouchers it's not a state law). Basically I would never recommend this facility. They are not willing to work with anyone and the staff seem to not like their job which I'm just guessing taking into account all the eye rolls, sighs, rudeness, and literally waiting at the door when u pick up your child at 540 because you get off work at 530 but they say they are open til 6 but annoyed you are not there faster.
While they do an excellent job with my child, I recently had a less than pleasant experience with them. A full week my child was out sick, I was still charged and am expected to pay for that week. When addressed I explained that I WAS NOT informed of this. They then told me it was in the handbook they never gave me, and then showed me a paper that they had me sign covering the main topics in said handbook. If you enroll your child please be sure to make them give you a handbook so they can't charge you for something they don't mention to you, then act like you're an idiot for being upset.
