Owner is a fan of corporal punishment. Likes to have kids hold heavy objects while their arms are raised for an extensive period of time. Also likes to put hot sauce on young children's tongues as a punishment. Does not follow state guidelines in terms of household care and maintenance. Leaves kids unattended and dangerous items in toddler's arm reach.
