Facility has current Kidde interconnected that had been installed 9/25/21 that began to blink, far before the ten-year warranty. Operator purchased both Kidde smoke alarms and X -Sense smoke detectors to ensure compliance with the regulations. Operator was unaware that X-Sense failed to meet OSHA standards. Operator immediately had household member purchase First Alert UL rated interconnected smoke detectors and place in home and test them while inspector present. |
