I have used this provider for more than 6 months

This daycare in particular is not a bad one at all, but it’s who they have running the place that has brought life to this review. My son literally has been attending this daycare since he was born, expect for when we moved out of the district. As soon as we moved back, I went directly back to Shiloh Road Learning Center. The teachers are nice, and you can tell that they care. The director on the other hand, Summer, her mouth and attitude is about as horrible as it can get. Last Thursday I went to drop my child off, not being aware that I had missed the sign-up sheet for school age care. Ok, understood. I wish that there was an email or text system that was utilized. It is 2020…. The issue at hand is while we are in a debate I asked what am I pay for then? (My child is doing virtual learning and won’t be picked up from school) Summer proceeds to yell, “I don’t know what you are paying for you didn’t pay your bill last week”. (Mind you we are standing outside because parents can’t enter the facility due to Covid 19) Summer yells with the door wide open in front of a group of people exposing my private billing information. This right here is what set me off. I pay biweekly with my credit card. I am not bum who does not pay my bills. The director of this establishment said this in front of everyone. I then asked for the owner’s, Russell, information so that I can have a conversation with him. She told me I could not have his information. I then asked for Russell to give me a call. Summer, the director, told me she would have him to call me. Come noon, I call back to ask when I should expect a call from Russell. The worker who answered said Summer was at the gym and she would text Summer, I then asked for a phone call to let me know. No call that day. I called Friday morning, Summer answers. I asked Summer when Russell was going to call me. Summer basically said that he wasn’t going to call me because there was no issue. To me it implies that she wasn’t going to let Russell know that I requested a conversation with him. I then told Summer the main issue I had was her exposing my billing information in front of a crowd. Summer implies that it was I who brought up my billing by asking what I am paying for! Make it make sense please!!! Someone…anyone. I unenrolled my child from the daycare that day. I can’t believe that over nine years of payments I was told that I was not worthy of a phone call from the owner. I was probably paying Russell’s car note each month too.

This is not a school. They are not teachers. They babysit children. They don't teach anything. They didn't address any problems I was having. The owner does not take responsibility for the incompetent people she hire and all she hear is money rustling when you talk to her. I can see why she hires incompetent people, she is incompetent herself. MRS. TINA has lost alot of her employees because she is disrespectful to them and care about nothing. She doesn't care about the children. She just cares about the money. She tolerates things that school don't tolerate and turns her back and pretend it doesn't exist. School, ha. This is a joke.
