Checks were constantly bouncing every week. I had to report it and when I did, I got yelled out by management. I worked there 6+ years and only topped out at 12.00 per hour with no chance of advancement, no paid vacation, no paid holidays, no paid summers, no sick days, no benefits what so ever. Huge water bugs/roaches throughout the whole center. The Pre-K building smells moldy and musty and floods everytime it rains. Employees are also expected to do maintenance jobs that are not listed within their job description such as changing air filters in the ceiling, fixing broken or flooded toilets, cleaning up flooded areas and much more. Major miscommunication issues within management overall. The owner, Monica Layne cusses infront of children. Not a christian center by any means. Employees sit out in the hallway with children unattended daily for 2 hrs at a time (during nap time). Serveral cases I've witnessed of discrimination. No support from management when dealing with behavioral issues within the classroom.I would not recommend this place to any customers or job seekers.
This daycare goes above and beyond...the owner/director is very hands on in every class room. I only wish I had been able to send all of my children here. My child is so happy to go to school everyday and they aren't even two yet! It makes my heart smile to leave them somewhere I know they are loved.

About the Provider
Schoolzin Schoolzout opened its doors in May 2000. Since that time we have been awarded the Georgia's Center of Distinction, Georgia's highest state recognition for quality. Our staff consists of exceptional teachers and caregivers. Our requirements are designed to select the best candidate to care for your child and our staff turnover rate is low.
