Unreliable lies
That's all we got from this place. We toured this facility about a month before my daughter started and we were told she would get free gymnastics until she turned 3. We were told it would cost 190.00 a week but the essential workers grant would cover 180.00 each week.
We started and they said the coat was 200.00 a week and grant only covered 120.00. then by the end of the first week we were told the grant was only going to cover 60.00 a week.
Asked about the free gymnastics and we were told they didn't have an instructor for that age group but we could put her in the 3 year old class then the following day we were told she couldn't do the 3 year old class and they were hoping to get someone for the 2 year old class.
On Tuesday of the third week I got a message at 7 am while on my way to drop her off to go to work telling me they were short handed for 2 classes and no one would be there for her class or the 1 year old class and I couldn't drop her off. Then when I called about a refund for that day they refused then had the director call me about 30 minutes later to tell me I was disrespectful to their staff and they didn't think we were a good fit for their school not to come back and they would give me a refund for that week. Very disappointed in this place it seemed so good when we toured it but I need reliable dependable care for my child so I can work that's why I hired a child care center instead of a private babysitter.
