Description: The State Preschool Program provides a learning environment that develops language and literacy, provides computer experiences, mathematical and scientific thinking, socialization and play experiences, parent education activities and a daily meal. This free program is available to 3 and 4 year old children whose family income does not exceed the State guidelines.
