Rooted Academy

It is our mission at Rooted Academy to offer a quality Christian learning structure in a safe, clean, and orderly environment. We offer full time childcare...while our preschool and kindergarten programs support early education through the integration of a faith based curriculum (A Beka), community awareness activities (guest community speakers or demonstrations such as firefighters, sign language classes, etc.), musical productions, hands-on exploration and teacher-guided classroom discovery. We believe that a strong, sound Christian foundation in our young children helps mold them into the people Christ wants them to be. "Let your roots grow down into Him, and let your lives be built on Him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness." Colossians 2:7 The entrance of Rooted Academy has a security door so only parents with a fob can enter the building. They also have a key card or app code to check their child in and out. Visitors must be checked-in by the director. Each classroom is tailored to the appropriate age group. Structured learning and work stations are present to allow cognitive, physical, emotional, and fun integration. Our outdoor area includes a natural playground with both covered and uncovered interactive play. Natural playgrounds look like miniature natural landscapes, and they're full of intriguing play and learning opportunities just waiting to be discovered by children of all ages. Many studies prove that a child's relationship with nature is beneficial to their overall well being. We offer healthy meals and snacks, with menus following CACFP guidelines. Our Chef prepares our food for the children to enjoy!
