Connect, Seek Advice, Share Knowledge
I contacted Rising Stars due to the fact that they are a level 4 facility hoping to tour and get my son enrolled. Unfortunately my tour was cancelled an hour prior because they had given the spot to someone else.
I understand if it is a first come first serve basis but being that I called last week Thursday and was not informed that there were other people also wanting to enroll for that position; I find it highly unprofessional to tell a parent to come in and then call them an hour before telling them not only are they not going to tour but that you have filled the slot that parent was interested in. I was needing to enroll my son before Monday 2/3, so now that puts me back at searching, because of the lack of professionalism.
Its unfortunate that even the "level 4" facilities in this town are unprofessional and unreliable.
