I left a review about this facility earlier today and received a pleasant message from the owner?? Who knows at this point.. Anyways, she was not happy about me "bashing" her facility because I went to the wrong location.
Not sure how its my fault that the internet has the wrong address listed but this is a perfect example of unorganization and a lack of professionalism. Especially since she did not reach out to me regarding my tour until AFTER I posted a review!
I was scheduled to tour the facility and unfortunately did not get to tour. I was greeted at the door by dogs barking and someone peeping through the door stating "I can't open my door". After walking around the house to a side door hoping to get in I realized that the entire back portion of the house looked completely empty. I never did get to see the facility and will not be trying again. Very unprofessional for a childcare facility.
