Provider works alone and is unsupervised. Shaming is a preferred style of discipline. I have heard very loud yelling at children and I have seen children get pulled up by one arm. Facility is a "home" daycare, and this provider can't keep up with sanitation standards in the kitchen or bathroom. People are desperate for childcare so I implore you to look them straight in the eyes and ask them if they will ever yell at your child. Ask them if they tell your child that they are a bad person. Ask them if they will ever yank your child up by one arm when they are tired and frustrated. Make them look you in the eyes....hold their gaze and put the fear of god into them because if you don't, you have no idea what goes on inside those walls.
