I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Rising Star is very nice location for children to grow and thrive. It is a  Fun, Faith and educational based facility. The management is very poor. Qiara Carr is unprofessional does not communicate well and very inexperienced. It was a much better environment before she came on board. The staff are involved and friendly.
