Description: Based on record review and interview, Staff A engaged in multiple acts of prohibited child guidance including: pulling Child 1's leg out from underneath him on 1/23/20 to force him to sit down; grabbing Child 2 by the arm on 1/24/20 resulting in a bruise and scratch; physically forcing Child 3 to sit in "pretzel leg" position as punishment in Fall of 2019; using a harsh tone with, and yelling at, children; "clotheslining" running children; pulling and grabbing children by the arm; roughly forcing children's arms and legs into their outerwear; and glaring at children with arms crossed.
