First, let me say, the RB teachers are FANTASTIC! These teachers know their stuff and I so appreciate them. Management on the other hand... is rude, aggressive, and unhelpful. When the CDC changed the mask guidance I noticed that RB teachers were not wearing masks but that the family-facing communication still required masks. I asked the administration and got a very aggressive response, including from the treasurer who was rude, snarky, and offensive. They said that their accreditation recommended but did not require masks. I checked out the accreditation and asked the county what the local guidance was. The local county guidance said they strongly encouraged masks for daycare/preschool. BECAUSE COUNTY CONTACTED THE SCHOOL MY SON LOST HIS SPOT! They said I reported them (which I did not) and that I lied about them (I did not I clearly stated that I was told what the accreditation guidance was). Communication with the school is often uncomfortable with the treasurer jumping into conversations, being rude, aggressive, and unhelpful. The teachers at RB are AMAZING and deserve a better workplace.
