I started my kids here but had been having issues with our 3 year old. Before they started, we went to talk to the owner to let her know that we were trying To get some help for him. He had been acting out and showing signs of high functioning autism. I went to the owner to let her know in hopes of having more understanding and patience with my son. On his 2nd day there...he had a rough day/meltdown. Made a mess but did not hurt anyone. The owner did not tell me much when I went to pick the boys up but said she would call us later. At 7pm she called and said he would not be welcome back at the daycare. My husband and I had to scramble to find someone last minute to watch our kids. Not only that, but I had to make a trip back to get their things rather than have an adult conversation when I was there. Not only did I try to get some help by letting her know prior, but he's a 3 yo that just moved from the daycare he had been in since he was an infant. There would be an adjustment period. I was very disappointed in how this was handled and how there was absolutely NO trying to work together even when we let her know that we were trying to get things figured out. Other than the prices being good and the location being convenient...I was not a fan.
The owner is lacking the common sense to run a child care business. She begs her employees to come in bringing along their sick child with an ear infection and a stomach virus running a temp of 102+ so she can "do something" for the day even after knowing the child was sick the day before. Very selfish and inconsiderate to make that child come out vomiting and noticeably sick, Not only for that child but for every single person in that facility.
