My wife and I have been to this center weekly for two school years for an afterschool child and one year for a preschool child.
We have found the classroom staff and office staff to be kind and friendly. Their interactions with kids which we have observed are warm and personable, friendly but firm when necessary. In all, we are very pleased with the center and staff we and the kids interact with.
My family had a truly awful experience with this center. Do not send your children here. Especially if they have any kind of special needs. They treated my son like an untouchable person. Staff were very cold and rude.
