In Space 3, the gym stage area, the staff to child ratio worksheet reflected one (1) staff to twenty-five (25) students, but it should have reflected one (1) staff to twenty-four (24) students with a maximum space allowance of twenty-four (24) students. In Space 5, the cafeteria, the Classroom Staff to Child worksheet reflected the maximum space allowance was ninety-five (95), but it should have reflected ninety-four (94) as the maximum space allowance. | |||
