Findings: Findings include: Based on the Surveyors' observation, review of the room usage report, and staff interviews, the following was observed: i) the school-age program is using the library, which is an unlicensed space. Upon arrival at the site, the staff was checking in the enrolled children into the after-school program and having them wait in the library until the gym is available for use. ii) the school-age program is using the outdoor space in front of the gym, which is an unlicensed space. The school-age staff was having the enrolled children eat snacks in that outdoor space in front of the gym.
