Three fingerprint clearance cards were verified through the DPS website during the inspection. Initial Comments: The purpose of the investigation was to conduct complaint case #00062249 investigation on August 8, 2023. A complete inspection was not conducted. Compliance Office: Stacy Marchelli The ratios observed were: 1's- 1:5 2's-Preschool- 3:13 There were two (2) staff members interviewed during this investigation. There were two (2) staff files reviewed during this investigation. Documentation observed was: District investigative notes and staff statements dated April & May 2023. Upon completion of the complaint investigation, it was determined from observation, interview, and documentation that the allegation lacked sufficient evidence to be substantiated. There were no deficiencies found. This is subject to change pending programmatic review.
