I am an employee
Felicia was my boss. She was very nice to us staff and made sure we were taken care of. She was helpful and respectful. The pay was great too & for Christmas she gave us bonuses! Would highly recommend Felicia Child Care!
My daughter was there last fall and on the third day she told me she could no longer care for my daughter because her help was quitting (her mom). On the 4th day she texted me to pick up my daughter early because she wasn't feeling well. On the 5th day, which was supposed to be her last day, she called in sick. Each day my daughter had poop in her diaper at pick up and was insanely thirsty and hungry. She also seemed like she wasn't getting enough water during the day. I had brought 1 bag of diapers and after the 4 days only got 2 diapers back, which I have yet to have a day care go thru that many, especially if not changing before pick up. When she quit I was given almost all of my money back for next week, except $10, which I was told would be mailed to me that week but it never came. I texted about it and never received a reply. I also never received any tax info in the mail for the time she was there.
When I had first visited her home with my husband we both thought she seemed very nice, her home was well kept, and the kids seemed to love it there. We were very surprised at our poor experience. This was Oct 2015 so hopefully some changes have been made by now.

She is great with children. Highly recommend her. She does curriculum with the kiddos and they seem to have so much fun!
