My child attended Primrose in Fort Collins. At first, I thought that it was going great. Suddenly, there was turn over of staff and my child started becoming fearful of school and no longer wanted to attend or engage. I saw a decline in my child as well as others. The teachers were over extended and tired. The classrooms were often well over ratio and there was no way that the children were getting the attention that they deserve. I tried to speak with the owners, but they only got defensive. We chose Primrose because of their great reputation and opportunity for low ratios and excellent curriculum. This location is just poorly managed. They do NOT have low ratios and they are not following the Primrose standards. I would suggest you keep looking.
