Upon review, it was confirmed that the staff member had completed CPR recertification on August 29, 2025, and was in compliance at the time of inspection. However, the updated certificate had not been filed appropriately. To correct this, the current CPR certification was immediately placed in the staff member's file on October 1, 2025.
