Provider started off on well. Until my grandchild start coming home with bumps and bruises that no one could explain. This last incident whereas that was a head injury that caused blood to run down my grand child's face was it! I know kids will be kids and accidents happen. It was the way provider handled it! There was no phone call to parent, she told the child not to tell her mom and when parent did find out it was through the child not the provider. When questioned the provider had the nerves to say that it was her grandson that hit child in the head with an object and that he has a bad temper. There were a few other incidents that this boy had committed and never punished always just brushed off. This head injury was the last draw! In which we had to take her to ER because of complaints of headaches. Please do be careful when leaving your child in this home due to grandson is allowed to hit and hurt other children with no consequences!
