Corrective Action: Ensure proper staff-to-child ratios for large family child care homes are followed at all times. Upon arrival, one staff member was observed on the playground with eight preschool-age and younger children. A second staff member was observed exiting the LFCCH and walking over to the playground as this specialist was walking over to the playground. When asked, the staff member stated she was inside the LFCCH cleaning. This was discussed with the staff member and corrected when she took two children inside the LFCCH with her.
